Yes. We install your app, activate guided access or kiosk mode so attendees cannot exit the application, set your branding as the lock screen, and configure auto-launch on startup. If your app requires MDM enrollment, we handle that too. Every tablet arrives ready — your team places it on the stand and it works.
Yes. We supply iPads and Android tablets with WiFi + Cellular capability and pre-installed SIM cards with Spanish data plans. This is essential for outdoor events, venues with unreliable WiFi, or locations where the organiser’s network is saturated. We recommend cellular connectivity for any deployment where your registration or lead capture depends on a stable internet connection.
Every tablet comes with a charger and protective case. Beyond that, we supply floor stands with security locks (for exhibition stands and self-service kiosks), desk mounts (for registration counters), Bluetooth keyboards, Apple Pencils, charging hubs for multi-device setups, and Bluetooth pedals for presentation page-turning.
From 5 units to several hundred. We supplied 120 tablets for a medical congress at Fira Barcelona where the check-in and lead capture system processed 8,000 attendees across four days — zero device failures. If a tablet does fail, we provide same-day replacement anywhere in peninsula Spain. For large events, we keep spare units on standby at the venue.
