Yes, if you need it. We supply smartphones with pre-activated Spanish SIM cards that include a data allowance for your rental period. This eliminates roaming charges for international teams and guarantees connectivity at venues where WiFi may be unreliable or unavailable.

Yes. We enroll devices in your MDM platform before delivery — Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, Samsung Knox or any other system your organisation uses. Policies, restrictions, app catalogues and compliance profiles are active from the moment your team turns the phone on. If you do not have an MDM system but need device restrictions, we configure guided access or kiosk mode to lock each phone to a specific app.

For the FEINDEF 2025 international defence exhibition at IFEMA, NEWE delivered over 120 Samsung Galaxy smartphones to the Spanish Ministry of Defence. Every device arrived with the official accreditation and access control app installed, MDM policies active from first boot, and configured for the specific security requirements of the event. Delivery was coordinated with the pavilion build-up schedule at IFEMA. The devices were operational on opening day without any IT setup on site.
A multinational consumer goods company ran a promotional data collection campaign across Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Seville. NEWE supplied Samsung Galaxy A-series phones with 4G SIM cards and a custom survey app locked in kiosk mode.
